Hello again!
Here's a nice, polite way of asking someone to “stay put!”
PLEASE REMAIN SEATED. 着席していてください。
- When flight attendants or pilots ask passengers to Please remain seated, they are asking passengers to stay in their seats.
- 客室乗務員やパイロットが、乗客に Please remain seated. と言う場合、着席していてください、と頼んでいることになります。
- The following are in-flight announcements:
- (just after take-off)
Please remain seated until the seatbelt sign has been turned off. - (before landing)
Please remain seated and make sure all carry-on luggage is securely stowed for landing. - (just after landing)
We will be arriving at the gate soon. Please remain seated with your seatbelts fastened until the airplane has come to a complete stop.
We think that was time well spent!
