  • After sales service is help - for example, maintenance, repairs, training, and phone support - that a business provides to a customer after the customer has bought one of its products.

    Be Careful! “After service” （アフターサービス） is Japanese-English.
  • after sales service は、顧客がある会社の製品を購入した後に、その会社が、顧客に対して提供する支援のことです。例えば、整備、修理、研修、電話によるサポートなどがあります。

    注意：after service「アフターサービス」は和製英語です。
