  • The rat race is a way of life in which people are so busy competing against each other for career success, social status, etc., that they have little time to relax and enjoy life.
  • rat race とは、仕事での成功や社会的地位などのために競争するのに忙しくて、くつろいだり人生を楽しんだりする時間がほとんどないような暮らし方のことです。
