10.電話での会話「電話対応の基本」

電話対応で使えるフレーズを紹介します。
ビジネスでは丁寧な表現を使うことで、信頼度が高まります。
また、会話が聞き取りにくい場合は、もう一度確認したいという意思表示をはっきり伝えることが大切です。

■ちょっと待ってもらいたいとき

Just a moment, please.
Hold the line, please.
Could you hold on for a second?
※すべて「少々お待ちください。」という意味です。

■聞き取れないとき

Could you speak more slowly?
もう少しゆっくりお話しいただけますか。
Could you speak a little louder, please?
もう少し大きな声でお話いただけますか。
Could you say that again?
もう一度言っていただけますか。

■相手の言ったことを確認したいとき

May I have your name again, please?
もう一度お名前を伺ってもよろしいですか。
Could you please spell your name?
名前のスペルを確認させてください。

Ken: Hold on.
→ Could you please hold?
Jim: Yeah.
→ Certainly.
Ken: He's not here. I can take a message.
→ I'm sorry. He's not here right now. Could I take a message?
Jim: Tell him that I called.
→ Could you tell him that I called?
Ken: You have to give me your phone number.
→ Sure. Could I have your name and number?
Jim: 237-●●●●.
→ Yes, it's 237-●●●●.
Ken: I need the name of your company.
→ Also, may I ask what company you are with?
Jim: BVC Corp.
