Greetings! It's a real thrill to be starting a new week with you today!

About two and a half years ago, we sent our readers an @Work edition on MURPHY'S LAW, an often-mentioned and much-maligned “law of nature”. Well, we're going to revisit that edition today and use it as a springboard for the rest of the week. We hope you enjoy our latest WordMaster series!
