  • If a child is well-behaved, he or she acts in a way that is thought to be correct.
  • well-behaved とは、正しいと考えられる行動を取る、つまり、行儀のよい、という意味です。


  1. Rita's children are so well-behaved. They didn't make a sound during the entire meal, and then they played quietly among themselves until it was time to go to bed.
