- When two people in a romantic relationship get serious, their feelings for each other become very strong, and they may start to think about getting married.
- 二者間の恋愛関係について get serious と言う場合、お互いを思う気持ちがとても強くなってきて、結婚を考え始めるかもしれないような状態をさします。
- a: Are you and Keiko getting serious?
b: Yes. We love each other very much. - I don't want to get serious with anyone right now, Tom. Let's just have fun together, okay?
- I think Amy's getting serious about you. She never stops talking about you.
