For Life

It's late, the office is quiet, and our thoughts turn to you! We hope this letter finds you well and happy...

Today's Lesson
FORWARD    転送する

  • To forward a letter, email, etc. that you receive is to send it to someone at another address.
  • forward とは、受け取った手紙やEメールなどを、他の住所に宛てて送る、という意味です。

  1. If you want the post office to forward your mail to a new address, you need to fill out a “Change of Address” form in person.
  2. (two colleagues)
a: Could you check my email once in a while, while I'm on vacation?
b: Why don't you ask IT to automatically forward your mail to my account?
  3. My brother emailed this article to me a few days ago. I'm forwarding it to you because I thought you'd enjoy it.
