STIR-FRY 強火ですばやく炒める
- To stir-fry food is to cook small pieces of meat, fish, or vegetables in a small amount of oil over very high heat while tossing and stirring constantly. We usually stir-fry with a wok (a very large bowl-like pan with one or two handles).
Examples of stir-fried dishes: stir-fried vegetables … 野菜炒め, stir-fried beef with asparagus … 牛肉とアスパラガスの炒め物 - stir-fry は、刻んだ肉、魚、野菜などを、油をひいた鍋の中で、鍋返しをしたり、かき混ぜたりしながら強火でいためる、という意味です。普通、この調理方法には wok(中華鍋)を使います。
例:野菜炒め … stir-fried vegetables、牛肉とアスパラガスの炒め物 … stir-fried beef with asparagus
